What links the Colombian state pension department, a Saudi hospital, a banking group and an iconic sportswear brand? They’ve all been recognised for exceptional projects in BPM. Jolanta Pilecka, CMO, reports from Chicago’s iBPMS Expo.
Last night, I had the great pleasure of watching not one but two of our customers – adidas and Colpensiones – take Gold at the WfMC award ceremony for the Excellence in BPM and Workflow.
And that’s not to mention our two other fantastic clients, Anida and Prince Sultan Military Medical City, both who made the shortlist of 13 from 50 nominations.
It was a real buzz to see Bizagi customers take on some seriously tough competition from global BPM players – all with equally demanding global clients such as Citi Commercial Bank, Johnson & Johnson and Swiss Railroad.
Seeing Colombian-based Colpensiones and German-based adidas accept Gold Awards confirmed what we have known for a while… that international boundaries are no barrier to reaping the benefits of BPM with Bizagi!
So what do we at Bizagi do differently? What are the secrets to our customers’ successes?
Over the next few days, I’ll be lifting the lid on these four high-profile projects:
Adidas: thanks to its sound premise ‘Think Big, Start Small and Advance Quickly,’ 7 workflow project are live and further 16 are in the pipeline. 3,000 internal users benefit from Bizagi automation, creating and managing 346,000 cases a year; all accomplished in a matter of 2 years.
Colpensiones: With over 890,000 cases and 28 million activities performed in a month, Colpensiones is recognised as one of the largest BPM projects in the world. 118 processes were automated in the record time of 9 months, and the team successfully responded to 118,000 customer queries in the first month after the implementation.
Anida: chose Bizagi over existing BBVA’s corporate BPM to manage large amounts of repossessed assets fast. Addressed burning issues at lightning speed – deploying 12 new admission processes in just 19 weeks.
Prince Sultan Military Medical City (PSMMC) – one of the largest hospitals in Saudi, Bizagi solution automated the registration and patients’ security processes for a 1,400 bed hospital, reducing human errors by 80% and improving staff productivity by 60%.
